Booking Information

  • Tariffs: Tariffs are current at time of booking, but may be subject to change without notice. Specials or discounted tariffs are not available to be used for booking extensions. Rates are based on twin share (2 adults) and surcharges apply for additional occupants. No charges apply for infants under 3 years of age. For all short-term tourist sites, there is a limit of 150 days in a 12-month period. NOTE: Bookings during the period of 20 February 2025 – 23 February 2025 will be charged an additional $50 security fee. 
  • Payment: First night’s tariff is required as a security deposit with payment in full required 48 hours prior to arrival. When booking online, full payment is taken at time of booking.
  • Minimum stays: Apply on all accommodation during long weekends, shoulder season, special events, Easter and Christmas periods.
  • Group Bookings: Group bookings are welcomed at Coffs Coast Holiday Parks. Deposit amounts vary depending on the total booking cost. For most group bookings, a deposit equivalent to the first night stay is required. The final payment is to be paid prior to arrival.
  • Special Requests: If you have requested a specific site, cabin or villa every effort will be made to accommodate your needs however, special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make a booking.
  • You will be responsible for payment of this reservation and agree your credit card may be charged if you or other guests on your site have caused wilful damage.  An invoice will be sent for any additional charges and applied to your credit card.
  • Inappropriate Bookings, including Schoolies: As a duty of care to properties and guests staying within the Park, Coffs Coast Holiday Parks reserves the right to refuse any bookings that are determined to be inappropriate or that fall across Schoolies dates.  In particular, we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period.  If we find school leavers are booked to stay at Coffs Coast Holiday Parks, we reserve the right to have them removed.

Rebooking Information

  • Guests are eligible to rebook their same site & same dates provided they do so before departing each year.
  • From Boxing Day 26th Dec to the end of January it’s strictly date to date.
  • For all other dates that change each year such as Easter, we will apply the same rebooking rules and guests will have the right to rebook for the following year.

Cancellations POLICY

Flexible/Standard Rate

  • Cancellations providing more than 14 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable, less a $25 administration fee per villa/cabin/site. To avoid the $25 administration fee, the deposit or booking payment can be placed into your guest account to be used towards a future booking within the next 12 months. Cancellations inside 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff or deposit paid. Any remaining funds will be refunded back to you.
  • Holiday and Christmas Seasons – Cancellations providing more than 14 days’ notice of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the first night’s tariff. This will be taken from your security deposit and all other monies will be refunded or placed into credit which must be used within 12 months. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit paid. No refunds are available
  • Group Bookings – Cancellations providing more than 14 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable, less an administration fee per villa/cabin/site. Cancellations inside 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff or deposit paid.

Non-Refundable Rate

  • If a non-refundable rate is cancelled, modified or a no-show: the total price of the booking will be charged. Guests will not receive a credit to use for a future stay.

 Please note for all bookings – we do not give refunds for early departures or bad weather.

Check-in Policy

  • At check-in will receive a welcome pack containing:
    • Park Map
    • Conditions of Entry
    • Site set requirements (sites only)
  • You will also be required to provide photo ID and sign a Guest Declaration form.
  • Please note that all guests are required to have a credit card upon check in as a pre-authorisation/security for the booking.

Park Rules

  • Check in time is:
    • 2pm – Cabins
    • 12 Noon – Sites
  • Check Out is 10am.
  • Keys and Security Fobs: All keys and security fobs are to be returned on check out, failure to do so will result in a $20 replacement fee for any lost or damaged keys and security fobs.
  • Speed Limit is 8km for Woolgoolga Beach & Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Parks. Speed Limit is 10km for BIG4 Park Beach and BIG4 Sawtell Beach Holiday Parks.
  • Strictly no parking on roadways and outside your allocated site. Only one car is allowed per site unless prearranged with reception.
  • Towball or drawbars must be facing the front on all sites. Please adhere to the site setup requirements provided to you at check-in.
  • Quiet time is for the comfort of all guests. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm – 7am.
  • Children should be supervised at all times throughout the park.
  • Jumping Pillow (BIG4 Park Beach only) is for paying guests only. You jump at your own risk. Opening hours are 8am until dusk. Observe the jumping pillow rules, located in the jumping pillow area.
  • Mini Golf Course is for paying guests only. Observe the mini golf course rules.

  • Pedal Karts are for paying guests only. Observe the pedal kart rules.

  • Riding of Bikes, Scooters & Skateboards in the park is allowed only during daylight hours. Helmets must be worn at all times and riding around buildings is not permitted. Any person failing to obey this rule may have their bike, scooter or skateboard confiscated for the remainder of their stay. All motorised equipment including bikes, scooters and skateboards, and remote controlled toys are not permitted. All roads in the park are shared with cars and pedestrians. Note: Pedal assisted bikes are permitted.
  • E-Scooters are illegal in NSW, any person caught riding an E-Scooter in the holiday park may have their booking cancelled.
  • Garbage must be sorted into the appropriate bins located outside all amenity blocks.
  • Sullage points provided for sites must be used by all guests.
  • Fires, Heat Beads and Firecrackers are not permitted at any time.
  • Generators are not permitted in the park.
  • SMOKING: Is NOT permitted in accommodation or park buildings.  A fee will be charged to your credit card for failure to comply with our NO SMOKING policy within our villa/cabin accommodation.
  • BUNK BEDS: Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunks as per the Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS 4220).
  • Offensive language, bullying, intimidation, general misbehaviour, excessive alcohol consumption and excessive noise is NOT accepted.  This will not be tolerated and you may be asked to vacate the park immediately and a ban enforced. You will receive a formal Ban Notice.
  • Park Management also reserves the right to evict any person who fails to obey the park rules and issue a Ban Notice.
  • Guest Liability: All guests shall accept liability for themselves, their children, furniture, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation – fair wear and tear excepted. A fee will be charged to your credit card for any villa/cabin left in an unacceptable state.
  • Management wishes to warn occupants, guests and other persons who engage in recreational activity on or near our park, do so at their own risk – Civil Liability Act 2002.
  • Coffs Coast Holiday Parks shall not be responsible for personal injury or be liable to compensate guests for loss, theft or damage of any vehicle or personal property on or brought into the premises. Management advises guests to lock their accommodation and or motor vehicle when unoccupied.

Pool Information

Resort Pool at BIG4 Park Beach Holiday Park

  • Is for Paying Guests Only (visitors who are not booked into the park are not permitted to use the pool).
  • Open hours 9am – Dusk (amended depending on season)
  • Swim at own risk, there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
  • Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
  • All infants using the pool must wear swim nappies.
  • Pool safety is the responsibility of all guests. To ensure that you and your family are able to enjoy our pool facility, observe the Pool Safety Rules, located on the pool fence.

Sawtell Swimming Pool – BIG4 Sawtell Beach Holiday Park guests only

  • All guests receive Free Entry to the Sawtell Swimming Pool, located opposite reception.
  • Please see reception for your entry pass. Entry does not include extra activities arranged by pool staff.
  • Open hours may vary – check with pool staff (September to April).
  • Children under 16 must be under adult supervision at all times.
  • All infants using the pool must wear swim nappies.
  • Entry may be restricted during special events.

Woolgoolga Swimming Pool – Woolgoolga Lakeside and Woolgoolga Beach Holiday Park guests only

  • All guests receive Free Entry to the 25m Woolgoolga Swimming Pool located at 86 Beach Street.
  • Please see reception for your entry pass. Entry does not include extra activities arranged by pool staff.
  • Open hours may vary – check with pool staff (September to April).
  • Children under 16 must be under adult supervision at all times.
  • All infants using the pool must wear swim nappies.
  • Entry may be restricted during special events.

Pet Policy

Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park is our only pet friendly park. BIG4 Park Beach Holiday Park, BIG4 Sawtell Beach Holiday Park and Woolgoolga Beach Holiday Park are unable to accommodate pets at any time throughout the year. However, guide dogs and certified ‘Pets as Therapy’ are allowed in all Coffs Coast Holiday Parks. The park requires appropriate paperwork and registration details regarding the assistance status of the dog. We also recommend that whilst in our parks the dog is clearly identifiable with a highly visible/assistant dog vest or harness. We follow the guidelines outlined on the NSW Government website which is located at this link.

Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park – Pet Policy

MAXIMUM OF 2 PETS ALLOWED IN YOUR ACCOMMODATION OR SITE

We are a pet-friendly park, however, management reserves the right to evict persons should their pet create an unreasonable nuisance or pose a hazard to other users of the park. Dogs which are not kept under effective control at all times by means of a leash, or any animal which demonstrates aggressive behaviour to other animals or persons within the park, or any animal creating a noise nuisance within the park, will be asked to leave. Declared dangerous or menacing dogs will not be allowed to stay in the park.

Rules for Pet Owners:

Guests are to adhere to the following rules whilst staying at Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park.

  1. Keep your pet(s) on a leash at ALL times whilst in the park.
  2. Pick up all POOP immediately and dispose of in the RED/BLUE bins located around the park. Poop bag dispensers are located at the beach access points.
  3. Please take your pet(s) with you whenever you go out of the park. Boarding kennels are available nearby for a small fee. Details are available at Reception.
  4. Do not allow your pet(s) to bark or make excessive noise.
  5. Pets are NOT permitted in any park building including amenity blocks or camp kitchen.
  6. Pets are NOT permitted to be tied up and left unattended outside the amenity block and/or any other park facility. Please safely secure your dog at your site while you use the amenity block.
  7. As the Pet owner you accept full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by your pet whilst in our park and reserve areas.
  8. Pets are permitted on your allocated site and are not to roam free. 
  9. All cabins will be checked by a park representative after departure and if any additional cleaning or damages are found an additional fee will be charged to your credit card.
  10. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture at anytime.
  11. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of pets per site (2 only) and refuse entry to dangerous or aggressive dogs.
  12. Pets are NOT allowed during Easter and Peak Holiday period from 20th December to 14th January.
  13. The closest “Leash Free” area is across the lake to the North of the park. Pets are also permitted on parts of Woolgoolga Beach, but must be on lead at all times. Please see reception for more information.
  14. We hope you and your pet(s) enjoy your stay and thank you for your cooperation.

NOTE:

Park Rules are in place for the benefit of all guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Management Reserves the right to evict anyone from the Holiday Parks who fail to abide by these rules. If you are evicted for a breach of park rules you will be banned from staying at any of the Coffs Coast Holiday Parks and issued a Ban Notice.
